TIPS FOR LOADING YOUR CUBE

Before You Move In

	•	Create an inventory of what items are being packed. (example: photographs, written, or video tape)
	•	Loose small items should be packed into larger container or boxes.
	•	Label each box or container itemizing all contents inside them.
	•	All boxes and containers should be closed and secured.
	•	Keep boxes or container light enough for you to handle.
	•	Bubble or Paper Wrap all items that may break from shifting.
	•	Review what items cannot be stored in a CUBE (See Prohibited list below).

Moving Into A CUBE

	•	Tightly pack each CUBE as shifting may occur.
	•	Load heavier items first into the container creating a stable base for lighter items to be put on top.
	•	Make sure to evenly distribute the weight of your CUBE, not having all the weight focused on one side.
	•	Keep storage keys and combination in a safe place you will remember.
	•	Do not exceed the weight capacity for each cube (2000 pounds).
	•	Secure each CUBE with reliable padlock when unattended or when packing is complete

Prohibited Items

	•	Aerosol cans
	•	Pharmaceuticals
	•	Flammables
	•	Live plants and animals
	•	Perishable goods
	•	Jewelry and gems
	•	Controlled substances
	•	Firearms and ammunition
	•	Goods with high sentimental value
	•	Fragile goods
	•	Valuable documents
	•	Antiques
	•	Or any other substance and materials whose storage, use, or presence are prohibited and regulated under state, federal, and local laws.
